Quality Assurance

We take great pride in everything we do, and continually assess the way we work and the service we provide.

As part of this process, we have a quality assurance statement outlining the way we communicate with clients, the quality of our work and the security of our systems. We issue this statement to all staff during their orientation, and go over it in review meetings to ensure that everyone understands and is fully committed to it.

Client contact

We will always be courteous, helpful and responsive to clients. We do what we say we will, when we say we will. We ask for feedback from clients at key stages during and after a project, and use this to improve our systems and the service we provide.

Performance and quality of work

Everything we produce will adhere to the client's brand guidelines and values. Where necessary, it will also meet the required levels of accessibility. All work must go through our defined, rigorous approval process before being released to clients. We set objectives and agree schedules for all projects, and share this information with our clients.

Security and confidentiality

All production files are stored on a central server that has an automated mirrored backup. An off-site backup is carried out every 24 hours. Client data is held securely, and handled in accordance with DMA guidelines.
